Diablo is a action-adventure game developed by Blizzard North and released by Blizzard Entertainment in December, 1996.
Diablo: Hellfire is an expansion pack that Sierra On-Line (now known as Sierra Entertainment) produced for the computer game Diablo. It was released in 1997 and developed by Synergistic Software, a Sierra division.
This expansion pack added into Diablo new story line and a lot of items and creatures. Besides this expansion I recommend to install The Hell Mod. The Hell Mod makes Diablo new game. It adds really huge variety of unique items, creatures and skills. Diablo with this mod is a new game at all.
